Get Supported As a GLOpreneur, we provide you startup training and access to our global recruitment CRM system, access to shared candidates and projects, effective work processes and communication templates, as well as marketing ideas. We take care of client contracts and billing.
Work Independently We only work with individuals, not organizations. You may be an individual consultant, a retiree who likes to remain active or a free-lancer who enjoys part-time work, as long as you share our passion for exec search and selecting wise and responsible leaders
Get Rewarded As They Contribute
You can retain from 50% up to 75% of the client fees depending on how you choose to contribute. This can be as a researcher or 360 degree consultant, including business development.
We reward you as a GLOpreneur, even on projects you were not involved in, as long as you close 5 projects a year.

Are Industry or Functional Experts As a GLOpreneur you bring a particular expertise in a certain industry like life sciences, automotive, ICT, FMCG and others. You may also have extensive experience in a particular funnction like finance, HR, Operations, R&D or sales and marketing.
